Central time. Outside those hours, leave a voicemail or send an email and we pick it up the next business day.
Your unit is a different matter. The lots are open 24 hours, every day. There is no office to visit and no counter to stand at, so renting, paying and getting to your things never wait on us being at a desk.
Questions about a charge
If you see a charge you do not recognise, call or email us before disputing it with your bank. Charges from us appear on your statement as HEARTLAND STORAGE. We can look up any payment, explain it, and refund it if it was ours to fix. That is almost always faster than a dispute, which can take your bank several weeks to resolve.
