Agreement
By using heartlandstoragesolutions.com or joining a waitlist, you agree to these terms. Renting a unit is covered by a separate rental agreement you sign at the time of rental, and that agreement governs the rental itself.
Waitlist
Joining a waitlist does not reserve a unit and does not guarantee one will be available. Units are released first come, first served unless you have placed a deposit.
Reservation deposits
- A deposit of $25 holds a specific unit size at a specific location
- The deposit is applied to your first month's rent when you rent the unit
- The deposit is refundable in full, at any time, for any reason, by contacting us
- If we cannot provide the size you reserved, we will offer an alternative or refund you in full
- If the opening date changes, your deposit and your place are unaffected
Pricing
Rates shown on this site are current and may change before a location opens. The rate you pay is the rate on your signed rental agreement.
What you can store
Units are for storage of lawful property only. You may not store food or perishables, living things, hazardous or flammable materials, illegal items, or anything that creates a nuisance or risk to the property or other tenants. Full restrictions are in the rental agreement.
Access
Access hours are described at each location and may change for maintenance, weather, or safety.
Insurance
We are not responsible for loss or damage to stored property. Tenants are responsible for insuring their own belongings. Tenant protection options may be available at rental.
Website
We work to keep information on this site accurate but do not warrant it is complete or error free. Content on this site is our property or used with permission.
Communications
By providing your email address you agree we may email you about your waitlist entry, reservation or rental. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link. Text messages are covered by our Messaging Terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always the one posted on this page.
